The Real Estate AI Automation Playbook is a book published by AMASPA. I collect only what's needed to send you the book, keep you updated if you ask, support your purchase, and understand whether the book's page is working. I don't sell your information or use it for unrelated advertising.

When you buy the book, Razorpay processes your payment. I never see or store your card, UPI, or bank details. To verify the order and enable the download, I use the payment ID, order ID, and payment status from Razorpay. Razorpay also shares your name, email address, phone number, and limited order details so I can support your order and meet legal and tax obligations. I don't sell your data.

Emails are delivered through Brevo. The site is hosted on Vercel. These providers process data on my behalf and are bound by their own terms and security commitments. I choose providers with sensible privacy practices, but I can't control their internal operations.

This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party behavioural tracking. If privacy-friendly analytics is added later, it will be configured to avoid identifying individual readers. Essential cookies may be used by the hosting or checkout platform for security and functionality.

Launch-list details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask to be removed. Purchase records are kept as long as needed to provide updates and support, and to meet accounting and legal obligations. If you ask to delete information, I'll remove what I can and explain anything that must be retained.

You can unsubscribe from any email using the link in the footer, or by emailing [email protected]. You can ask to access, correct, or delete the personal information I hold about you. If a request is subject to a legal exception, I'll tell you clearly.

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, the updated date at the top of this page will change and, where appropriate, readers on the launch list will be notified by email. This policy was last updated on 26 October 2026.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. I receive confirmation of your purchase, your name, email address, phone number, payment ID, and limited order details needed to verify the purchase and provide support. I use your email address only for order support; Razorpay sends the payment receipt. Razorpay's privacy policy also applies to the payment transaction.

The amaspa site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. After a verified purchase, it sets one essential, HttpOnly cookie so your browser can download the book. The cookie contains a signed payment reference and expires after 7 days; it is not used for tracking. The Razorpay checkout page, the fonts provider, and the hosting platform may set cookies or log requests when their content loads; their own policies apply.

You can ask to access, correct, or delete the personal information I hold about you by emailing [email protected]. Deleting purchase records may affect your ability to receive support for a past order.
