Privacy policy

This policy explains what information AMASPA collects when you use amaspa.site, why it is collected, and the choices you have. I've kept it short and readable on purpose.

01

Information you share

If you contact me through the form or by email, I receive the details you choose to share — typically your name, email address, company, project type, budget range, and message. I use that information to reply to you, scope your project, and keep a record of our conversation.

02

How it is used

Your information is used to respond to enquiries, deliver services, send invoices, and maintain the business records required to run a studio. I do not sell your personal information, and I do not add you to a marketing list without asking.

03

Service providers

The site is hosted on Vercel. Contact form emails are delivered through Resend. If we work together, payment and accounting providers may process the information needed to invoice and receive payment. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies.

04

Analytics and cookies

This site does not set advertising cookies or run third-party behavioural tracking by default. If privacy-friendly analytics is added, it will be configured to avoid identifying individual visitors. Essential cookies may be used by the hosting platform for security and performance.

05

Retention and your choices

I keep enquiry and project records only as long as needed for the work, accounting, and legal obligations. You can ask to access, correct, or delete the personal information I hold about you by emailing [email protected]. Some records may need to be retained for tax or contractual reasons.

06

Contact

Questions about privacy can be sent to [email protected]. If you are in a region with specific data protection rights, say so in your email and I'll handle the request under the applicable rules.

This page is written to be readable, not to hide behind jargon. If anything is unclear, ask.
