Terms of service
These terms cover the use of amaspa.site and the general basis on which AMASPA provides design, development, and creative services. Individual projects are governed by a written proposal or agreement.
Using this site

Projects and proposals
A project begins only when a written proposal has been accepted and any required deposit has been received. The proposal defines the scope, timeline, deliverables, fees, and payment schedule. Anything not listed in the proposal is out of scope until we agree to a change in writing.
Payment
Project fees are typically split across milestones and are due according to the invoice schedule. Work may pause if an invoice is overdue. Ongoing support or retainers are billed separately and can be cancelled with reasonable notice as set out in the relevant agreement.
Revisions and approvals
Each project includes the revision rounds described in its proposal. Additional rounds or changes of direction may be quoted separately. Timely feedback and approvals are part of the project — delays in feedback can affect the delivery date.
Intellectual property
On full payment, you receive ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for your project, excluding third-party assets, open-source software, and pre-existing tools or frameworks. AMASPA may retain the right to display the work in a portfolio unless the proposal says otherwise.
Confidentiality
Both sides may receive confidential information during a project. I'll protect yours and use it only to do the work. You agree to do the same for anything I share that is marked confidential. NDAs can be signed before detailed discussions.
Limitation of liability
Services are provided with professional care, but no outcome — including traffic, revenue, or conversion results — is guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, AMASPA's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith discussion. If that fails, the courts of Patna, Bihar will have jurisdiction, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
