The short version / 02

The work, without the theatre.

I build products the way I build my own: scoped tightly, architected sensibly, and shipped to real users. That means thinking about the whole system — the interface, the data model, the failure states, the deploy — not just the screens.

I'm most useful at the MVP stage and in the messy middle, when a product has traction but the codebase needs a steady hand. You get one senior engineer who can move across the stack and explain every decision.

What changes / 03
01

A working product

Something real users can sign up for, use, and pay for — not a clickable prototype with a countdown.

02

A foundation, not a prototype

Clear boundaries, sensible abstractions, and code someone can maintain after the launch high wears off.

03

Momentum

Weekly demos and visible progress instead of six weeks of silence followed by a surprise.

What's included / 04

Everything you need, nothing you don't.

The exact scope is shaped around your project. These are the pieces most engagements include.

Product scoping and technical architecture
UX flows and interface design
React and Next.js front end
Node.js and TypeScript APIs
Database design and data migrations
Authentication, billing, and third-party integrations
Admin dashboards and internal tools
CI, deployment, monitoring, and documentation
Who it's for / 05

A good fit if this is you.

  • Founders who have validated a problem and need a first version
  • Small teams that need a senior builder for a defined sprint
  • Products stuck in a codebase that needs untangling
  • Companies that need internal tools or workflow automation
Five products designed, built, and shipped end to end — including an OCR API, a monitoring SaaS, and a conversational form platform. At Ticketmaster, I built systems behind the interface, from drag-and-drop page editors to multi-tenant asset management.

The useful details.

If the answer you need isn't here, ask it directly. I reply within one business day.

Ask a question
Can you work with our existing team?
Yes. I can own a defined workstream, pair with your engineers, or take a product from zero to launch. I'm direct about where I add the most value.
What stack do you use?
Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Node.js on the product side; Postgres, MariaDB, Redis, and object storage on the data side; deployed on Vercel or AWS. I choose boring, proven tools over whatever is trending.
Do you build mobile apps?
I build responsive web apps and PWAs. For a native mobile app, I'll help you scope it and can bring in a mobile specialist if it's the right call.
Who owns the code?
You do, once the project is paid in full. I hand over the repository, documentation, and deployment access — no lock-in.
How do you handle scope changes?
We agree on a fixed scope and milestones up front. If something important changes, I'll show you the trade-off and we decide together before the work happens.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, happy to. Send yours over before we get into the sensitive details.
